Does Description use "made up" info?

This app works, there are some minor quirks, despite its quirks its worth way more than the in app purchase for this app. what confuses me is there are currently no ratings for any version of this app. When I just now chose to write a review I noticed that it says average of zero ratings and then it says all versions So the fact that they quote what other users have said doesnt make a lot of sense, due to the fact that before my rating there was no reviews, I know ratings take time before they are displayed but this app has been around for a lot longer than it takes to have reviews to "go through". that being said this is actually a pretty cool app., and is a bargain, even though you have in app items (1.99to work properly.)
